Retrurn And Refumd Policies

Bkartkart generally offers a 7-day return policy for most electronics items, with some exceptions. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories. For mobile phones, laptops, and tablets, the device must be formatted, and screen lock disabled. Additionally, some electronics items are not eligible for return, such as blank/educational media, CDs/DVDs, and certain components. 

How to Initiate a Return:

Check the return window: Ensure the return request is within the 7-day period (or the specific policy for the item). 

Contact Bkart: Raise a return request through the Bkart Email. 

Prepare the product: Ensure the product is in the original condition, with all accessories, and formatted if necessary. 

Wait for pickup: A Bkart representative will pick up the product from your location. 

Refund: Once the product is received and verified, Bkart will initiate the refund.
